The property was grand old and lovely traditional with attentive staff who was caught in our room reportedly the turn down service. We was here for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant for lunch. The location was nice as for us, near the business center, Delray Beach and Coral Gables and Miami. Came here for celebrating anniversary, recommendable.

I will not add anything that is not known about this icon of Coral Gables, only to say that at the same time of its prestige and elegance it has the virtue that it is a place uncontracted, where the Spanish-speaking staff is more than friendly and make you feel welcome and not out of place considering the stately nature of the hotel. pool area is majestic with access to changing rooms and showers that we used the day of the flight that left very late. We stayed the last three days of a trip where it rained all the time so it was an oasis to get to the Biltmore and have some sunshine and enjoy La Paz from the pool and great beauty of the place. You have the option of a 'take a way' breakfast . Dinner at the hotel is another level of expense. But it is very close to Coconut Grove with a culinary offer of excellence. Beautiful experience.

The hotel has a stunning old-world charm that takes you back in time. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The pool area could use some more attention regarding cleanliness, and we faced some inconveniences during check-in and with a few amenities in the room. The dining options were good.

The spa was an absolute gem! Relaxing atmosphere and great treatments. The breakfast lacked variety and could greatly benefit from pancakes. A lovely stay 😊

I would appreciate knowing before hand that there is a charge of US$20 per night called "resort fee" and knowing what this charge is for...

The spacy room and nice neignbourhood. The view on the pool and golf course. The architecture.
Seems to be focused on the elderly.

Hotel was beautiful old and nice looking, we loved this place.
Everything was very good, we had fantastic 5 days here. The location of this hotel close enough to Biltmore in Coral Gables and the center of greater Miami and the golf course was comfortable. There was a poolside restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of good options.

Gracious, pleasant, relaxing -- just what I needed after a very busy summer. .
I would have liked a simpler, less complicated breakfast.

The Biltmore was fabulous. It was luxurious and relaxed, the staff was pleasant and accomodating, the food was delicious and not overly priced for this type of hotel. The location is convenient and the surrounding area is lovely for morning walks. The pool is amazing and the pool staff did a fabulous job of managing a busy weekend with many guests.
Other than a short period of time one morning when there was no hot water, I have nothing bad to say about the Biltmore. Staying there for our daughter's graduation made it even more of a special occasion.
